Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson in the same church that they were a part of in Hamburg. They knew then that this was a love union made in heaven. Ashley was only 17 and she'd never been with a man prior to that. The couple began their relationship quite slowly. Love was evident at their first meeting. Andrew wanted God to bless him on New Years Eve just before 2016to bless him with one more blessing to the year 2016. Andrew wanted Ashley to agree. Ashley was looking for a rustic themed wedding with a folk theme that really represented her as well as Andrew. They incorporated a small amount of everything they loved to create their big day. Ashley's family owned 40 acres in the backyard. From the trail they walked towards the field that they said "I do" in Ashley was a keen observer and played in all of it. Andrew and Ashley had also walked this area several times since when they first started dating. Because the wedding was almost entirely DIY, personalization was a big aspect. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley created the wedding ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley says that we would not have had the magical wedding I envisioned if it wasn't for Anna's floral design. Truly stunning.
